These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.vohopticians.com (the "Site"), operated by Vijaya Optical House ("VOH"), a business registered in India with its registered office at [Registered Office Address]. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from the Site. Orders for minors must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

We sell spectacle frames, prescription lenses, sunglasses, and related eyewear accessories. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour and finish may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes. Frame measurements are approximate.

3. Prescription Orders

You are responsible for providing an accurate, valid, and current prescription issued by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Lenses are custom-made to the prescription you provide. We are not responsible for errors arising from an incorrect or outdated prescription submitted by you.
If we have reasonable doubt about the prescription values submitted, we may contact you for confirmation before processing the order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify prescription details. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) [and/or applicable currency for international customers] and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We accept prepaid payments only (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other methods shown at checkout). Cash on Delivery is not available.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

Frames and lenses carry a [warranty period, e.g., 6-month/1-year] warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, scratches from normal wear, improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals or heat, or unauthorised repairs. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, images, product designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Vijaya Optical House (VOH) and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information (including false prescriptions), to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vijaya Optical House (VOH) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vijaya Optical House (VOH) against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or submission of inaccurate prescription or personal information.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
